致 癌 毒 牛 肉 通 街 賣

  (星島日報報道)牛肉格價持續飆升,不法肉販為賺取厚利,不惜以冷藏牛肉充當新鮮牛肉出售,他們為令肉色更「逼真」,竟將致癌物「二氧化硫」灑於肉上。其中一家「蠱惑」肉檔,月初更獲消委會格價網公布為該區最低價的牛肉店,市民隨時因貪便宜而吃到「毒牛肉」。有議員批評政府監管不力令奸商禁之不絕,市民生命隨時受威脅。

  「毒牛肉」充斥市面,無良肉商罔顧市民健康,出售由冷藏充新鮮及含防腐劑的「假鮮牛肉」。本報追查一間位於馬鞍山一街市內的牛肉檔,該店為街市內唯一一間牛肉店,屬獨市生意,加上本月初才獲消費者委員會「每周精明格價」網內,被列為該區牛肉價格最低的肉檔,揭發所賣的都為「蠱惑牛肉」。

者月初佯裝顧客,到該店問價,肉販指他們所售賣的牛肉分兩類,分別為六十元一斤和七十元一斤,驟眼所見,肉檔架上掛覑的牛肉顏色不一,有部分較為深色,其餘顏色則較鮮紅。記者向肉販查詢兩者分別,他爽快稱:「貴鱓就靚鱓囉!」強調兩種肉均新鮮牛肉。

  其後,記者以三十元購買了半斤價錢較平的牛肉,隨即委託公證行進行化驗,卻驗出牛肉內含大量防腐劑「二氧化硫」,每公斤含量高達二千三百多毫克。據法例規定,所有冷藏、冰鮮或鮮肉均不可添加任何防腐劑。

  有牛肉買手稱,肉販在牛肉加入二氧化硫情況普遍,這種俗稱「師傅粉」的防腐劑,能令牛肉色澤保持紅潤,不會因擺放過久而變色。他稱,蠱惑肉販購買來自巴西的「冷藏牛仔扒」,利用沖水或擺放在室溫等方法將牛肉解凍後,在肉面灑上「師傅粉」,約一、兩小時後,牛肉表面會變得鮮紅,令肉質的「像真度」變高。

  據悉,該些巴西冷藏牛仔扒批發價僅二十二元一斤,奸商將之解凍充當新鮮肉,以每斤六十元出售,每斤可賺三十八元,若以每日出售約二百斤計,利潤已高達七千多元,可謂「賺到笑」。他又表示,不少肉檔為掩人耳目,會將冷藏肉混合新鮮牛肉售賣。

  業界人士透露,市面有超過七成肉檔出售蠱惑牛肉,即將冷藏肉充新鮮牛肉出售,因為以現時的牛肉供應量,根本不足應付需要。他稱,牛肉市場被五豐行壟斷,供應量由去年的一百二十隻驟減至現時每日約七十多隻,令牛肉出現供不應求情況,以至市面充斥「冒牌新鮮牛肉」,他又批評食環署「隻眼開隻眼閉」,對市面充斥毒牛肉一事坐視不理,令奸商變本加厲。

  立法會議員李華明批評,食環署對市面肉檔監管不力,數年前經歷「毒魚」、「哮喘豬」等事件,仍未能吸取教訓,令「毒肉」賣得成行成市,他痛斥食環署「幾年來根本無做過№」,任由奸商「草菅人命」。

  立法會議員黃容根亦痛斥:「政府對違規肉檔幾乎冇監管,令不法肉商有機可乘。」他稱,由於「冰鮮」及「新鮮」兩個字眼容易令市民混淆,奸商便乘機魚目混珠,令市民買肉時無所適從

Comeon, Chinese people should buy high-class Chinese beef, not Japanese beef.
We can find the best Chinese organic beef in public markets and high-class Chinese supermarkets.

i dont care what kind of cow you eat.  but I don't eat cheap beef from china in a market, all the beef i get is american or japan from the distributor in CWB.

either way, china beef sucks, they are only good for making burgers.

Those high-class Chinese beef are as good as Canadian or US Angus beef. These days organic farming is getting more popular in China. Cow, pigs and vegetables are organically grown. Of course, the prices are more expensive and not everyone can afford.

As you know that moron has never been to China. The cows raised for meat in big commercial farms are not the same as those used for farming.

Comeon, I didn't say you can buy them in HK, but you can find Chinese organic foods in special markets in mainland China. The Chinese have a special way of feeding those cows so that the meat texture is better than that of Japanese beef.

Now, it make me want to get to know Hyde because I wanna try 頂級牛肉...
I am a poor guy and I can not afford 頂級牛肉.
I went to the place in Richmond and try to buy some Wagyu. When I see the price, I walk out from the shop.

It is damn expensive. For one slice of steak, it will cost you more than $100 bucks..
I rather donate the money.

Comeon, so in your universe, China must've been to space 1000 years ago... way before USSR and United States of America was even formed.  China has been a civilization for thousands of years, so they must be more advance then EVERY other nation on this planet then!!!
so, what kind of portal do i need to move to your universe?  China must be a great place to live there!! its like the future! with organic cows that are better then wagyu beef, and chinese hot dog etc....

前車可鑒, 當年斷浪連pop 幾粒龍元, 最後虛不受補, 七孔流血爆體而亡。
整個LYK 牛鞭宴, 開個一百幾十圍, 真係個個無 十二點都唔洗走呀~~~
