新開在1街T&T附近，茶市飯市都有。邊位LYK試過？

Tried dim sum.. not good not bad.. also ordered fried rice, ma ma day.. but it was quite expensive.. The price is comparable to sun sui wa.. but i would say it's expensive with the quality and services it provided. i think small dish is $2.75 and large dish is $4.50 or $4.75. Not many are small dish. If in the same area, i would prefer to go to the one in the T&T plaza.. bigger dishes and less expensive.

試過飲茶&晚飯

飲茶點心OK﹐但地方小﹐茶市時間通常人多﹐感覺很擠逼

晚飯小菜名稱好似很特別(而且很長)﹐但其實原來都是那些

最後值得一提的是。。。
除了經理﹐其他侍應的服務都不太好
例如﹕醬油最少問三次才拿到

數星期的一個滂沱大雨晚，特意聯同數老友記同往試菜，由於有人食素，但門口的厚厚的menu中，完全無一兩味素菜，除非要清炒菜，成班友仔企響門口數分鐘查看menu，但竟無員工來查問或提意見，無奈撤退回"大三元"，起碼他們的menu都有素菜專頁，有得揀，唔駛凈叫羅漢齋，其實新餐館，加多一頁半頁素菜menu有幾難？但好多都無，尤其係非粵菜的中餐館，簡直歧視素食人士。

To be fair, I think if it's not a vegetarian restaurant, you can't say they discriminate vegetarian by without a vegetarian menu. Can you expect a vegetarian restaurant has a page of menu with meat dishes? You just have to go to the right place for the right food.

As back to the topic of this restaurant... I would agree that the services is not up to the level and the food is nothing special as well.

你要食素就去素食店啦
講真﹐出黎食野都係中意食的惹味既野﹐惹味既野就更係肉肉肉肉肉肉架啦

i was so mad! very tau gong gam niu!
the lobster we ordered had half of a normal size claw and 1/2 very tiny claw. So, not only it's obvious that the claws don't match, we were missing 1 claw. I asked the waitress, she said may be it's handicapped. I insisted she talks to the manager. She then loudly with an attitude to the manager: "That no. 22 table said the lobster is missing a claw wor!" with eyes rolling! WTF!
I talked to the manager after. Politely, i said maybe it was an honest mistake coz the cooks probably cook more then one order together and parts of them got mixed up. He said they would no way cook more than one order at a time! He went to get us bits and pieces to make up for it after. Obviously, was ripped off from another customer's dish that are not noticable if missing! But still, I said politely, thank you Mr. Lee.

Also, the menu said we get dessert. When asked, the waitress said the other tables ordered $300 meal and we ordered the $100 one so we don't get dessert! WTF! We had only 4 ppl but it was a sharkfin meal combo. Obviously, we won't order the $300 one for 10 ppl la! We pointed out the menu to another manager after. He brought back the dessert all broken and out of shape (These are smile mouth dates).

All the poor service and let alone having to wait 20 mins when reservation was made.

Never go back again!

I definitely won't try this restaurant. Its name hints that it's a place for someone special, like 江湖人物, but not for the ordinary customers.
Just a simple question : will you open a restaurant and call it 炳勝, even if your name is 炳勝?

炳勝 is actually a very famous Restaurant in Guang Zhou.

However, I think the vancouver 炳勝 is just a copycat.

I've never been there, but my brother told me, his friend's been there once, and their 脆皮燒肉=炸隔夜燒肉wrapped in 脆漿!! I dunno if it's true, but, it's a turnoff definitely!!
