《Super Pii Pii Brothers》是一款面向女性玩家製作的體驗站立噓噓樂趣的體感遊戲，隨軟件同款一個內褲周邊，玩家可以將Wii遙控器手柄裝著其上進行遊戲。遊戲玩法很簡單，只要對準屏幕中的馬桶噓噓即可。
