What do you think about the recent discount of the property sales? Was that a smart move for that developer? Good marketing eh?

How many of you did go look at the sites and interested of getting into the market?

D marketing 都好 good，引到一大班水魚去搶
你估D發展商傻咩，佢地對前境冇信心先甘做，散哂D貨仲吾拍籮柚走

Low B, 我睇都未至於04水平。個別地區如Vancouver West 就有可能。如果 China rebounces 得快, 銀行鬆小小, 04 level 似乎机会不大。

But never say never. 如果銀行唔放水喉, 04 level 就 not distant future 啦。

While every house price is dropping .. everyone is enjoying the new lower assessment ... (but tax % has been increased .. )

However, my assessment .. has rised 2X% ....

so even I PAID to appeal .. the guy just said " no ar .. we believe house price in your house is rising .. "

I guess depends on luck ..  last time, the lady was good .. and instead of 20% increase, she refined it to like 10% ..

Sigh ..  how about you guys? assessment increased?

House price for sure will keep falling .. I guess for B.C. after winter Oly .. may be even worse ...

Of course, lower, I remember it is about 10 lower.
