GekTV & Kylin TV are the two IPTV services that I know. Anyone uses either one of them? Any review / comment on them?

Finally Real TVB channel, no more FTV oldies tv series!

although they don't, they are authorized to sell in Canada, I think.
Maybe they can do everything for you over the phone? and mail you the hardware? not sure.

I though Crystal Mall or something had a Chinese IPTV dealership.. not sure.
