please tell or share with us which restaurant u like the best in greater vancouver

There are a lot of good restaurants in Metro Vancouver but you have to be more specific such as what kind of food or what is the price range...

it might be difficult to pick just one favourite restaurant..
especially when there are different cuisines..

My Personal Favorite:

Chinese Noodle Place: Lao Shan Dong Homemade Noodle House
Mongolian BBQ: Great Wall Mongolian BBQ

Japanese Food: Guu in Aberdeen
All-You-Can-Eat Japanese: 尖东寿司
Malaysian Food: Banana Leafs and my restaurant.
Korean Hotpot: 韓州豆腐鍋
Vietnamese Noodles

ho Viet

Greek Food: The one in Davie street
Fast Food: Kentucky Fried Chicken
Western Food: Lift
French Food: Le Crocodile
Family Style Western Food: Cactus Club

and the list goes on..

dim sum: top gun richmond or sun sui wah
best hk style bakery and milk tea: li do cafe in richmond
japanese sushi: hamaei in north van, okada in downtown, or takumi in west van
japanese ramen: motomachi shikodu downtown
japanese izakaya: gyoza king downtown
japanese fusion: bonqula richmond
high-end french: parkside (just RIP)
casual french: pied-a-terre on cambie or jules @ gastown
casual italian with local intelligence: la buca kitsilano
friendliest chef: connor butler
coffee: cafe artigiano, ethical beans, or any bean around the world
vietnamese: song huong on nanaimo and E 1st Ave, or Bao Chau on E. Hastings and Slocan
burger: Veras
milk shake: hamburger mary's on davie
dessert: kreation on cambie
best food to consume while driving ... McDonald's !!!

best environment (but never the food): brix yaletown's courtyard
best contrast: white spot triple O fast food outlets (cheap and good burger but really yukky breakfast)
best variation(of quality) by location: denny's
worst fast food management: burger king north van
consistent of poor service (but good ice cream): mondo gelato downtown (both locations)
best "known to have quality going down": cafe d'lite hainanese chicken rice (seems like most people are missing the good stuff from the old old store on broadway and macdonald)

I love parkside as well. Good thing is there will be another la buca after parkside closed.

Shichen Food: Golden Sping (On number 3 near the hot pot place)
Dim Sum: Kirin Restaurant
HK style cafe: Li Do Restaurant / Aliluya (on westminter hwy richmond)
Hot Pot Place: Top Gun (Burnaby)
Japanese Food: Guu in downtown / 串 in downtown
All-You-Can-Eat Japanese: 仁和(richmond / 友和 (Broadway)
Vietnamese Noodles: Asia (Near pearl castle)
Fast Food: Churches Chicken
Western Food: Joe Forte
Bubble Tea Place: Well Tea
