目大家最近都興呻吓日常粹事，那我也加入吧！
不喜勿看！

紮職而經第三日，紙還是包不住火，消息短短兩日漸漸漫延全公司！和我同期被紮的同事（和我平常也分屬好友）被搞到好像狗男女咁，不知情的，看到他門的目光，還以為我們要被浸豬籠！

我明白，她們的矛頭是向着我的！不竟，我大概是這兒最年輕亦最淺年資被紮，但她們為甚麼不好好檢討一下，為甚麼我進公司三個月，老細會惜才，為我爭取！你們在公司好幾年，從來無老細願意肯為你們爭取呢?

我承認我慶幸我有個好老細！假如我是個說三道四，沒事就去老細房擦鞋的人！你可以怪我是馬屁精！相反，除非是大事，我不會去打擾！我從來都默默地做，不曾broadcast 過自己成就！我proactive 並非我要上位，就算今天我的status 變了，地位變了，我還是我！我proactive 係因為我覺得我係part of the team, 我只想get things done and get it off the desk.

那些指指點點的人，問心你們有像我這樣嗎?
穿著高跟鞋，爬高爬低去搬箱，去搬櫃?

那些指指點點的人，你們可曾像我，才進公司一個月不夠，人家只稍為交代過，你們就不用人train 就能做得快狠準嗎?你們有像我檯頭放滿那麼多文件，不怨一句，還能抽時間去make sure 自己沒有miss 到無幫到某些人嗎?

老細知我能力，是從一些老一輩的中層同事口中得知，我也沒有叫某些中層到處宣傳我的能力！怪只怪你們好食懶做而已！

我從不等機會，我只會爭取向上爬！今天我的status 變了，是我應得的，而且那是management 要改革的一種手段！我只不過是剛巧 fit the criteria，才被選中被紮！那是management 要告訴她們，並不是你做得夠久，就會
應份被 promote, 就應份拿到那些職位！

加拿大人，難道金融危機還未令你們醒覺嗎?

嚟個世界，無論係乜，你有返咁上下，實有人眼紅。你應該開心。因為你從來唔洗從自己口講，要重傷你嘅人，自己心照比唔上，為有嘩然踩低你。其實，人大左你就會學識唔介意，反而沾沾自喜。

First, congratulations on the promotion! You should not care about those who just get jealous of you la. Should be proud of yourself instead.

You are lucky.....Not because you are promoted, it is because you have a good boss who is smart enough to appreciate your talent.

A lot of boss nowadays do not appreciate employee's effort. Not because they don't know, but they choose to. If you do something good, they rather make you stick to a post forever. Even if there is a chance to advance for you, they simply hire someone new and ignore your contribution.......

同我之前個處境一模一樣呀!

唔需要理個班人,
紮左後繼續努力比好成績班人'日弟',
等班人知你係實至名歸.

Congrats'! Your hardworking is getting reward. Nice that you have a good boss who have good judgement on emplyee, not just biased on those "shoe shinner".

I guess your company is not unionized so you get your hardwork paid, as unionized companies only look at seniority for promotion and wages. Some of those so-called senior people only care about if they get better schedules, how to work less and take less responsibility, and how to "shift wok" to others... sigh**

It's good that your 老細會惜才.
There's always managers that worried that you're smart. Cuz if you are smarter and more hard working than those managers, they will try to get rid of you or try to push you down.
