to melt for cooking and baking, I do Tuxedo Strawberries with Lindt and

Lindt Excellence 100 gm Extra Bitter, made in France , a healthy snack.
Actually, it does not really make you fat, 70% cocoa means 60%+ cocoa mass,
5% cocoa butter which is good for you and only 25% sugar.
You can eat chocolate everyday and stay slim if you can skip the cream and egg yolks from chocolate desserts.
