i watched a chinese movie, can't remember the name, but come up with an interesting question.

故事是關於一對已經離婚數年但關係(好/ok)的夫婦，他們唯一的女兒有癌症，他們計劃生第2個孩子去救他們的女兒。
但是他們已經角自再結婚.但仍味有孩子.
如果您是男方新的妻子或女方新的丈夫，您會同意嗎?

The interesting question is who tell them their second child can help and it takes at least 10 months and their daughter can wait that long?

based on the movie, the doctor told them the 2nd child may able to help (chi di blood), and their daughter is doing treatment, so she may able to wait that long. of course no guarantee

sounds familiar but I don't remember anything else about it.

it's very absurb
what good does it do to take one life to help another life
but human is irrational
they would sacrifice 1000 lives to save one life

我有問題一定要他們自己搞嘢生0既仔女先可以救個女兒嗎? 既然他們同各自0既新老公老婆搞咁多次嘢都未有BB 唔通俾他們搞下嘢就一定有BB咯咩

I think this is totally wrong and UNFAIR to the new baby. What are they going to do with him/her even with the blood matches. Another kid living in a broken family? Even if one side of the family adopted him/her it's hard for the new husband/wife to accept this kid.
this is really selfish..

well, 如果佢嘅出現救到佢家姐, 而佢地又provide到一個唔錯嘅environment比個b咁何樂而不為? 好多人家庭係完整但家嘈屋閉有等於無, 有啲分開咗嘅一樣可以相親相愛, 子女可以好快樂咁成長... 冇絕對嘅係咪?

不過如果我係佢老公/婆, 一係接受唔到, 一係反正自己冇仔女,當adopt咗個都未定...

i heard married couple has new baby to save bro/sis on tv before. but i think this story can happen in the real world, since there are so many broken families now.
when i was watching the movie, i am thinking if i were the new wife, what will i do. seems like you can't really say "no", since the little girl may die. but cannot say "yes", since it will be a mark in your heart wor.
