i've been there before its name has been changed. the dim sum used to be good.

I love to spend my money cost effectively. 滾1滾 is not listed.

I always wanted to try at least once but always end up at Fisherman's Terrace instead

I guess I will stick to FIsherman's Terrace hehe

We tried it once.. It was not that good....
I think I am spoiled with all the great places in Richmond, anything not up to standard is going to be "out"

I have a funy theory. If you eat "light favour - less sugar and less salty" you will feel more happy to eat at most of the restaurant. Again, if you dine out once or twice a month, you feel more happy to pay the bill even it is over preiced.
