14 歲 少 女 應 女 舊 同 學 邀 約 外 出 ， 不 料 被 帶 到 一 間 廢 料 環 保 回 收 店 舖 。 少 女 未 料 七名 少 年 早 已 在 內 等 候 ， 其 中 四 人 涉 嫌 先 後 將 她 輪 姦 ， 另 三 人 則 「 從 中 抽 水 」 ， 她 不甘 受 辱 向 學 校 社 工 投 訴 揭 發 事 件 。 七 名 少 年 被 控 強 姦 及 非 禮 共 七 項 罪 名 ， 該 名 舊 女同 學 則 被 控 串 謀 強 姦 ， 八 人 昨 被 解 往 東 區 裁 判 法 院 提 訊 ， 全 部 被 告 還 柙 。
涉 案 七 男 一 女 昨 日 由 警 車 解 上 法 庭 應 訊 ， 首 被 告 為 15 歲 的 無 業 少 女 ， 被 控 一 項 串謀 強 姦 罪 ， 其 餘 四 名 被 告 分 別 為 16 歲 姓 賴 、 姓 禤 、 姓 張 及 17 歲 的 陳 銘 健 ， 各 面 對一 項 強 姦 罪 。 而 一 名 15 歲 就 讀 中 二 的 學 生 、 18 歲 的 魏 漢 傑 及 17 歲 的 張 俊 傑 則 各被 控 一 項 非 禮 罪 。 除 姓 禤 少 年 現 職 侍 應 ， 其 餘 被 告 均 無 業 。 控 罪 指 他 們 於 今 年 3 月 27 日 ， 在 香 港 筲 箕 灣 一 間 店 舖 內 ， 串 謀 強 姦 、 非 禮 及 強 姦 女 子 X 。

I think they just announce the names of 被 告 who are 17 yrs and older...
Maybe cuz 16 yrs and under are under protection...
