【明報專訊】意大利    著名時裝品牌Gucci周三入稟美國    法院，控告競爭對手Guess抄襲它一款裙子及多個商標圖案。

Gucci向曼哈頓聯邦法院提出訴訟，指美國品牌Guess模仿其註冊商標的設計，包括一款綠紅線條設計、疊拼相扣的「GG」標記，以及常見於手袋、皮帶、手套、手表及眼鏡上的「G」字圖案。Gucci同時控告Guess抄襲一款印有「GG」鑽石圖案的裙子。

批對方沒盡力創造設計

Gucci在訴訟書說﹕「Guess沒有盡努力和財力去發展及創造自己的獨特設計，反而抄襲Gucci在全球知名的設計元素。」但Gucci沒有說明索償金額。

They should have take legal action long time ago. I always think Guess looks very similar to Gucci - especially their logo!

finally!
i used to quite like guess's clothings and handbags many years ago
but as they started to get into that gucci trend i stopped being their loyal customer -.-

不過我好鍾意佢地MARCIANO條LINE。。。可惜，今個春季冇乜野靚～
