Sorry I didn't take any pictures.

I went there for mothers day.

Prices is on more expensive than moxies, keg.

Quality is pretty good.

Portion is huge, i can only finish the main but not my sides.

Halibut was bad (they overcooked it) but didn't charge us for it.

Sablefish was really really good (best dish)

Steak was ok but better than keg (at least they don't overcook it).

Desert: 24 layer chocolate (really good taller than a beer glass)

They also give my mom a free desert card for a free desert on next visit.

Price was ~$125 for 4 (didn't charge for halibut, so i paid $150)

I visit KEG all the time! Actually their steak is pretty reliable. Overcook? Why didn't u tell the waitress at that time and I'm pretty sure the restaurant will do something!!

I bet you have never went to the one in burnaby besides costco.

I have been there 3 times, never pay 1 single dollar for my food and drink.

The only good keg i have been to is DT

I had been there long time ago.... may be couple years ago! The one I always go is Richmond because of the coupon.

I've been to Chop for food and the game (back then... when canucks was still playing) at their lounge. I had a glass of red (not bad wine selection) and the fries was pretty good. I ordered the tuna salad but they were out of it. So I had another salad with a steak skewer which was also pretty good. It's huge and I packed half the salad home for my bf.

i agree with you.
i usually go to the keg located on thurlow in downtown and parkroyal in west van. both of them are excellent.
the one in bby. near willingdon & no 1 hwy. is also very good

You are a racist against the Chinese. I always go to steak houses in Hong Kong, and they are very good and the chefs are all Chinese.

actually their house made ice-cream was not bad.
But for steak... i think I will still go to Gotham.

Steak was ok but better than keg (at least they don't overcook it).

They have to be better than Keg, they are from the same chain... Chop is just the higher end version (I guess price and cut) of Keg.

I went to Chop yesterday with my friend.
Their Onion Soup is great. Very unique taste.
The coconut Mussels is good. And perfect for dipping bread.

I ordered the Filet Mignon. Pretty good. and the portion is huge
my friend's Prime Rib is not bad but it is only warm.

Dessert: Creme Brulee. ok.

I will come back for special (but causal) occassions.
