want to buy one, most places out of stock, which one is good?

all of them are good consider this kinda of crazy hot weather

this afternoon i was tyring to look for one too
all costcos were sold out even FANS were sold out
london drugs were sold out
best buy was
futureshop had SOME instock but i believe i was online only -_-

Futureshop and Bestbuy in Richmond are all sold out on the portable air conditioners.

I've called these places and they said that it's all sold out in the lower mainland

We bought ours on Monday evening @ HomeDepot, it was the last batch (about 12) in stock and people were fighting over them. Fortunately we were able to get one - it's a life saver!!!

I use Airlux. it has a store in Richmond.  pretty good.
I just called and wanna get one for my parents.. but the portable are all sold out.  Next shipment will be Aug 10..

The one I had, I bought it at June when the first day of summer. LOL. coz I feel that this summer will be crazy hot.  now, i m right. lol.

ur.....seems like it's gotton to a point where people will just buy and don't care what brand and price anymore! Notice he asked me how many I want instead of which model I am interested in?

The fridge will generate heat at the back.  So unless you could vent the heat away from the back of the fridge, your room temperature wouldn't got help.

but its manual is so crappy written.
do u know how to drain out the water and do u know why it has to wait for a few minutes to turn on after changing mode?

I've been using Sharp for over 2 years now and it is good so far.  Yeah it has the plasmacluster air purifier so it's a good deal because it costs about 200 bucks if you have to buy it separately.

I saw some at Costco tonight but it was all gone is 5 mins!!!  I bought mine from US which is rate at 10k BTU, the one at Costco is only 9500 BTU.  Costco price is 550 if you can find one.

I got one..  12000 TPU.   And, it is only $399.   It is very good and i like it.

U have to fasten the button in the bottom. .The water will be drained out from the hose. (Hose attached from the little hole at top).   

It will wait for a few mins if you run cool mode for long time.  sometimes at this time, it will pump out water.  what i do is... don't change mode.. just run it all time. lol  or just simply unplug & restart. lol
