anyone got VI'd recently?

Not cursing anyone including myself in getting VI'd but just wondering if anyone got VI'd lately.....

i have a really bad expereince with this one cop back in september when i was coming out form my block....

at first i saw a cop coming from left to right, i purposly waited until he past then i made the right turn....but seconds after i pulled out i see him cutting to the other lane, braked, and he was behind me...then he turned his lights and pulled me over.

i didnt even reach 40kmph when this happened....and then i co-operated with him and he started checking my car lala....
he listed out exact names of my aftermarket parts  (spoon n1 exhaust....custome bpipe....6000k hid...non ambered cornors...etctec...)and i did not say anything impolite or give any sort of attitude...ya i did get a VI ticket in the end, and he was telling me he just came out of training camp and will be in this area for a while....

the next day my exgf got pulled over too from the exact same cop and given a ticket...

so im jus wonderin if this guy still around? or anyone been VI lately so i can keep an eye out for stupid turtles or ninja turtles.

o the guys is called Alan Chan.....(yea i even know his name) due to another issue with getting the car checked which was completed retarded

yesyes`` i know modify car will sooner result in these kinds of issues la,,, im just seeing if anyone got vi'd lately and if hes still around jeh =]
but i did try to make my car more legal like to avoid any harassmentssss from copss``

ya my car isnt low at all...consider whats out there like some new GTI's i see them basically less than 3 inches above ground...i guess i was really unlucky that time...!! and he measured my car it was too low at that time due to bushing problems, which made my car 1cm below the 55cm mark from the ground....i dont drive insanely aggressive, and dont normally cut traffic like crazy!!

never gotten a speeding ticket as i haf a super clean record! just vi tickets that bugs me

shutterbug: the time i got pulled over i did have a cat on, one of the reason he pulled me over was my bpipe and spoon axle back exhaust, he said there isnt enuff bends in my exhaust system?? i forgot if it was 4 or 5 bends?? yaaa but obviously i do haf it...and i dont want to argue with the him and piss him off...so ya im like whteva...cuz i didnt expect it bein such a pain to go to get my car checked...

until he assigned me specifically to go to the dealer to get it checked! sh!t man the dealer was wht pissed me off...i went to rmd acura they told me they are in the process of changing the system of VI where its all done online and taken by pictures....and they cannot do it the old way by checking the report sheet and sending it to ICBC.... i then called  all the acuras in the whole lower mainland and same result ended up saying they are in the middle of switching the system, thats when i went back to negioate with alan and how much more unlucky can i get when he called the richmond acura guys they said YES they'll do it and haf the system up and running when really the guy alan was speaking to was a receptionist (not parts and service department) and that just came back from 3 weeks holidays...and then he started thinkin im BS-ing him and lying....

where i ended up getting my VI done was NORTHSHORE acura in north van....and at that time lthey did it by paper not photos...they didnt know about the switch to online system until i just done when theyre manager came back and check their cert showings its expired...but luckily they dont do much VI and said they pretend dont know and still submit the report.... but either way i haf the repot in my hand so i can still renew my insurance...

man thats so much bs to go through for a VI =[

thats wht i thought too thats why i haf my cat still there,,,,but the cop said something about hafing this many bends so it reduces emission or pollution or sumthing i forgot.....but i took as bs cuz i did haf bends in my exhaust system...but ya i didnt wanna argue with him cuz im sure if he wants to bs some reason to give me the ticket he will find his way....

HID he actually said it was fine, it wasny crasily blue or bright so he had no issue with that. only me not hafing amble cornors (which i change to now) and my car being lower than 55 cm from the ground (measurin from the dot of the head lights) which now is above 55cm...but ya....gay cop i must say

I didn't get any VI lately (but in Dec last year because of lowered car), but just got a ticket yesterday off from a Chinese officer, I was just driving not even at 30 man, right in front of the McDon ...

that sounds exactly like the cop that pulled me over!
he pulled me over cuz of not hafing amber cornonrs (which i replaced now, and the only reason i didnt haf it was because the previous owner didnt haf it and never gave me oem ones...)
