ALWAYS CALL ICBC RIGHT AFTER i repeat RIGHT AFTER the accident. immediately book an appointment and give as much detail as you can. family and i've dealt with ICBC several times. whoever has first say gives an impression of "proactive" and not avoidin problem coz it's not at their fault.

yes ICBC is the best example of monopoly ass corp split 50/50 is easiest for them to settle ANY case.
"it’s only less than one percent of the time that ICBCcan’t say conclusively who is at fault" sounds like a joke but ICBC is dumbhead enough to ask if it's my fault to get rear-ended on a busy bridge after i braked for a few seconds coz it's a LINE of stopped cars in front of me. way easier for them to settle the case as client admitting fault.
