I wonder what theory or why such a small percentage sample can represent the entire population with just +/- 4% error... I guess that's why I am not a mathematician.

Wow... PMS much? It's not even you who pointed out how the stat might work and even that guy provided nothing to prove he is right. It is normal that I still don't get the stat part since he failed to explain his math. He only stated his opinion which is not included in the article and I admit I am not a mathematician nor statistician. How about you?
