As some of you might aware, my restaurant closed down (few weeks ago) until my partner-cook came back.

The reason for closing the restaurant is because of malpractice my Ex-Temporary Cook, let's call ...

Easy, try to catch him red handed, then ask him to eat the food himself.  If he refuses, tell him why would he want to serve this to other people if this is not good enough for a normal human like him.  

If he keeps doing it, you better find a replacement soon enough before no one comes to your restaurant anymore.
