Falken ZE-912 !!! Nice, Cheap, Quiet, Good Traction. Durability I don't know, because I had them on for only about 3 months.

The only thing is ZE-912 is made in Thailand, while 512 is made in japan.

I think what costco recommends is correct. If you purchase only a pair of tires, they will only install in the back for safety reason, even if you are planning to replace front tires. I have also read publication from Michelin, the tire manufacturer also recommend putting tire with more treads in the back.

Seriously, if Costco recommends you to put at the back, there must be a reason... it's not cheap cheap china town tire shop.
