when your house is stocked up with make-ups, perfumes, toys, books, clothings... almost nowhere to walk or sit on, and is seriously thinking of buying a bigger house to accomodate these, you would know why...

During this 10+ years in Canada, I know I have to be more self-controlled... imagine if these all turned into investments at the very beginning (even in GICs), how much more $$$ I should have?

Set a much higher goal. For example, if you (guys) want to buy a new hi-fi, think about to buy a new car or new house; if you (gals) want to buy a new purse or dress, think about to buy a 5 carat diam ...
