對的﹐有 CGA DEGREE 找工作應該唔使憂﹐不過﹐你要肯定自己鐘意對住堆數字至得。

做了多年客戶服務的經驗﹐大概 10% 客係難服侍兼奄尖無厭足﹐仲係多數係白人﹐而菲律賓同中國人比較有感恩之心﹐但我仍然好享受做客戶服務﹐因為還有 90% 好的客人嘛。。。對那 10% 骨聲吞左就日日都可以好快樂。。。

但我最近轉工了﹐唔係因為唔鐘意客戶服務﹐而係管理層衰﹐一D無能的管理層是很令人憤怒同泄氣的。
