For you info, I used to live in Vancouver, but now live in Seattle. So, here are my suggestions. You would however have to tell me your budgets, as the following are places that demand some higher $$$. But hey, Canadian money is strong, so it's isn't as bad as before la!
1> Maggiano's Little Italy | Italian-American Dining - A good pick with you have a large group, since you can go for their family style dinner, you can re-order more of what you like, and you can take home the left-over)

In my opinions: Cheesecake factory is not very good for dinner, but famous for the cheesecake. You can always get dinner first, then go to cheesecake factory for cheesecakes.
Other less-expensive options includes
1> Olive Garden - Italian Pasta, if you have been to old spaghetti factory in Vancouver, the price is about the same, but the pastas are better.
