Is it really true that HK would get these kind of things resolve quickly.??  I really wanna know if this is truely a fact?  Or you just think this way!?

兩個星期內身邊已经有三個朋友遇到同樣事件，如果在香港已经拉人封艇，破案上法庭。在加拿大居然可以讓這種案件繼續發生。他們都已報警。在電話上已有來電顯示，為什么不可以追查到呢？ ...
