I agree la.  I still don't think it's a good idea to drive on all-season tires..!  I have seen so many accident that can be avoided if they are to have snow tires on..!  At the end, people paying more for accident/repairs..!

As long as we are keep the car for a couple of years, I think it's better to get some less expensive rims on winter tires, than get another set of summer tires that works well on the wet.  Then you will have better tires for both winter and other seasons as well.
