Why don't you go to Richmond? 旺 and 一只鼎 are pretty good.

no no, 賽螃蟹 唔係用蟹肉做架，係用蛋白做架，佢叫"賽"螃蟹, coz the taste can actually 'race' with real crab meat.

I think the one I tried from 旺 is made with egg white only.....correct me if I am wrong.
