as in November there was not really much to see in Vancouver.  The usual Stanley Park, Gastown, Harrison Hot Spring, Bridal Fall, Stevenston Wharf, ...

depends on where they want to go but still it's better to rent a car to travel in Vancouver especially for those 4 days.

but in Victoria, there is really nothing to see in Butcher Garden... At least in December there are x'mas lights...
