Ultramon, I do not think Admin wants to ban anyone but this time Toppy crossed the line by posting those racism threads.  I find it amazing that you do not find it offend by his last thread.  I kind of feel he is encouraging racism.  Is that the right thing to do?

Like I said, Admin has no intention to suspend anyone unless that someone crossed the line.  The line defined by admin himself.  It's nothing to do with swearing anymore.  Sometimes ignoring is not a solution; What would you do if you are new to this board and saw all the stuff that has going on?  You can choose to ignore because you know his reputation already.  He is just getting worse and worse.  I tried many time to reason with him but he never listened.

But I have to agree with one thing; I do not like those who just swearing back and copied and pasted back.  That would be as annoying too.
