Just came back from the leavenworth tour; my worst tour in my life.

Bad thing about super:vacation tour:
1. do not go with supervacation tour; they already know the custom would take long and they still pick people at 8; it took us 4 hours to cross the border; my last tour guide picked us half hour earlier because he was afraid the wait time and that what this tour guide should have done.

2. The tour guide has no concept about time; when she said we should be there in 2 hours; it usually means 3-3.5 hours; even she said she had been there many times;

3. They had no idea what they were doing and we ended up missed one spot in the itinerary;

for Leavenworth itself, it was not bad with all the lights.  Too bad it was raining instead of snowing.  The photos did not look good.  Like all the European style of building.  Enjoy the shops there too.

for Chinese tour, I prefer 怡家.  Their itineraries are always different than other travel agency and their tour guide is pretty good;
