I went to 砂煲 the other day and it would be my bottom choice after the experience.
1. The vegitable is not washed clean properly. You can still see dirts.
2. They mixed up the orders many times (since it's all you can eat we just let it go but still...)
3. The seafood is not fresh.
4. They charge on everything including sauces.
I can do the slicing, which is the most technically part, then the broth & sauces.
Small party under 50 people I can handle.
