Last time I did that, I went across the border the night before, wait time was 1 minute LOL.
Stay in a hotel, and shopping the next day.
It is not really a wild idea, b/c the hotel parking lot was full of cars with BC plate that night. So I guess a lot of people do that to avoid the line up during day time. |
