We went last week.  Service was sooooooooo bad.  Slow, no line up for tables, missed our order, and missed our request etc...
We walked in and told them we are 4 ppl and there was a group of people before us, and the waitress said there will be 2 tables available and asked us to wait for awhile.  So while we were waiting, 2 ppl came in and told another waiter that they are 2 ppl, and the waiter brought them in to one of the 2 tables immediately...(what da...), so my husband complained and that waiter apologized and promised to give us a table asap. So we had to wait for more.

Four of us ordered a fish congee, a swiss sauce 乾炒牛河, 2 泡飯, 炸兩, and then we added an order of 牛肉腸粉 later.

my husband doesn't eat sesame seed, so we asked them not to put it into anything.  But when the 炸兩 came, it had sesame seed, so we asked the server to change it for us.  At first, she said we should tell her, i told her that i mentioned it 3 times!!!! And then she asked us to eat the ones with sesame seeds on and my husband eat the ones by the side where less sesame seeds (faint)...so we politely tell her to see if other table wants 炸兩 too, so that they can make one with no sesame seed, she then unwillingly do that.

Then my congee came, it wasn't as good as before, and I can tasted the burnt taste in my congee, the fish was okay though

Then my husband swiss 乾炒牛河 came but then no swiss sauce taste at all, just normal 乾炒牛河, it tasted good though.

Then one of the 泡飯 came, it was ok according to the person who ate it.  but the second one didn't come even we finished our food, so we asked and found out they didn't order it.  >___< , so we had to wait 15 more mins for that.

That's not the end, when we asked for the bill, they actually missed the 牛肉腸粉 that we ordered later, but we were honest enough to tell them to add it back on.

I think they are still very new and all the staffs were not being trained enough.  I don't think we will go back in a short period of time.
