hey i'm not living in Van which the price of housing is rediculously high...
the condo i purchase still looking good in value & is the same price (or even cheaper for a brand new condo near downtown toronto for 750 sq foot than rent 1)... i do think my decision on the purchase is very wise....

anyway.. i'm saving all i can in the variable cost.. oh by the way, that's the expenses of a family of 2 (& 1 more baby coming)....

i miss the old good day when both of us working & saving like crazy.... at that time we lived in a bachelor for $530 rent for everything included (but only 220 ft); 1 cell phone (his paid by company); 1 old car with only insurance & gas to pay ($350); than the rest are just variable cost....
