I still don't understand the intention of Google. Maybe have to wait for someitme before the truth begins to reveal itself.

Google must understand the situation in China and what to expect from the Chinese government before it even decided to enter China market.

In addtion, China is not the only country filters web contents. Other western countries also filter the web contents (of course, it is not to the extend of what China does). And Google complies to those requirements as well in those countries (Peter might like this part - Google has no problem to comply to the Indian government's requirements to filter web contents).

My position is to wait and see.

Whether US has proof or not does not mean a thing at all. Intelligent agency of most countries in the world has its tactic force continuingly develop the technologies and abilities to launch sophisticated cyber attaches on the national communication networks, military commanding or coordinating systems. More importantly, every country is hacking other countries in its interest.

Even the networks in universities have to withstand hundreds of attempts of cyber attach each day. Ask your networks administrator in your college or university to verify what I said.

I just laugh at it when Google claimed it is the reason it pull out of China.

This is an example showing how people can be easily misled by “news report”. Even thought the news does not suggest one way or another, people will have their own “intelligent” reasoning to come to the conclusion of what the “truth” is.

I don't think you have the ability and knowledge to make a solid argument against me.

Honestly speaking, I am not sure about this. I still don't understand the reason why since it is a very unusual move to me and I don't believe in the reasons that were reported.

In fact, I am watching its performance on the stock market and waiting for any news about Google coming out soon and as well any actions the US government might take against China since it has been heavily putting more pressure on China regarding exchange rate, government subsidizing and trade deficit lately.

If Google said it pulled out of China because the Chinese government forces them to pass over the confidential information and data of its users, that would make some senses. However, it said it is because its systems was hacked. LOL.

All web mail systems around the world will received hundreds or thousands of cyber attacks each day. I believe some of the attacks would come from the intellegent agency of its own government.

Posting the news that everyone have known is your way of  "做功課"? LOL.

Just want to remind you -- the truth often hides beneath the cover. One more thing to remind you – Google is a public company. Even the founder is just an employee of the company; decision like this must be approved by the board.

Pulling out from a major emerging market and getting the company into political conflicts just because of his personal experience and feeling? Don’t be such naïve. I am putting money into your pocket.

You can choose what to believe in but remember it is not necessary the truth.

I strongly believe that Google Mail had been hacked by China and as well by US, Britain and India but under the name of “anti-terrorism”.

Do you know why the encryption standard of household network router is 256 bit now and 128 bit before? It is because it has been regulated by the government to ensure the intelligent agency can effectively crack the encrypted data when it wishes to do so.

If you don’t have background knowledge, you won’t be able to look at an issue from different perspectives, and you can only make your judgment solely based on the “news report” which has been always the most effective tool of propaganda in human history.
