Is what the C9 said? Will she cry out loud for being discriminated if she was told in the same way in western malls? Shame on these C9.

This C9 not only made herself shameful, but other fellow Chinese as well.

If we want people to respect us as Chinese, we can at least be respectful to other people who are non-Chinese.
