The article also talked about the Chess and that is one of the reasons why the US government studies 圍棋. If you want to know more about what the article talked about, you can look it up.


P.S.  I believed you misunderstood  the word of "strategic mind" which I said in the post #20. It does not refer to the actual mind, but the strategic guiding principles behind the foreign policies and foreign relations (including military) of the Chinese government.
