Telus is tricky - they offer their promo in terms, that mean they could jack the price up when it is over. The freebies, except the free XBox are really useless. You do get a speed bump in ADSL speed, but Shaw is still faster. Telus telephone support is getting worse and worse.

I still like Shaw, their service is slow but they take responsibility.

Still, I called around these days and Shaw doesn't care anymore if people decide to switch. Your choice.
