It looks like Morgan Crossing in Surrey, smaller but it is all big box retailers. I rather have a mall that is locally or Canadian owned that offer more choices like Whole Foods, IGA, etc. I am surprise even London Drugs open there.

It is from the same property management company as the one in Queensborough Landing.

The layout will be similar.
