Too early to tell. As many suggested to ask her out formally on a date, then if she says no, you get your answer. Try to put yourself in her shoe, maybe you will understand something.
I get the feeling that you are somehow desperate to find out a definite answer, that I think itself could scare her away. I think if you are really interested in that girl, you should spend some time to understand her (not neccessary have to go out), spend some time on the phone, see how comfortable you both talking to each other.
I am one of those who has awkward work schedule, that doesn't prevent me from dating/chasing girls. My golden rule of dating is to understand who I am dating, what am I up against. Then try to see if there is a possibility for development. Being a guy, I treat "eat lemon" like rice.
There are many ways to find out if the other person is interested in you, simply by starting a conversation and see if she is willing to engage in your conversation. If her responses are simple and lame answer, chances are she is not that interested.
