agree....
重建屋的費用大增.. they need to provide you a new house if you house need to be replaces.. that cost gone up so high....

everything goes up.. everything except our salary

You see now... no matter how well I save my money. It will never catch up with the down payment of a detached house.
(PS. I don't like to live in a high density area like condo or townhouse)
