well I have done it last year(20% off colour and cut).... and the hairstylist was one of the worst one I ever had... she is a nice person and was trying to be very careful. I liked the color that she picked.. but her skill was just not there... may be after a year... she is much better now.
My friend went to Misako in Metrotown and she found a really good stylist... but I forgot his name... he just came from japan ... in Nov/Dec 2007 and is very skillful. I will try him when I need a cut.. (may be in 2 months)
So I guess it's not depending to the salon... it's with individual stylist.
