hey mr. most tako used in sushi is poached.... sushi doesn't mean raw fish...
but i love sushi and sashimi, beef capaccio, Yuk Hoe (Korean raw beef), Ceviche (Mexican raw fish with lime juice) and raw oyster.
and i love cooked food as well.
so why do u have to put ppl who like raw food as uncivilized?
