I don't care how they look. Actually I do. I expect all servers to be presentable at least.
But for serious mistakes, I don't think I will act differently to a more handsome guy or a hot girl. I will complain regartless. And for minor mistakes, I don't even care.
I guess the food itself is more "attractive" to me than the servers.
