oh! I have never heard of it.... after a bit of google:
Wiki for white curry

Since it's a type of Japanese Curry, I think you may find it at some Japanese homestyle restaurants. Let me do more searching around.
I don't like cream sauce and I am just OK with Japanese curry. So I personally won't order it. I prefer food with more spices (especially for curry) so I like Indian, Malaysian and Thai curry more.

Korma curry doesn't look very "white" to me.

I can make the Korma chicken as white as  chicken a la king ,ginger,garlic, fennel, cumin, coria ...

I am pretty sure you can make very tasty Korma chicken.
But I highly doubt that's what the OP wants... cos... well, in general, people cannot take strong herbs like "fennel, cumin, coriander". And they like creamy, smooth, sweet food.
That's why Japanese curry is so popular.
I don't really like sweet Japanese curry either.

so 沙嗲王 is in hk?
Well... Japanese curry ... they can even add sugar or mirin. apply juice is a way to add sugar too. In general Japanese like sweet food.

it's good to be "好驚喜".
but many pre-made japanese curry blocks have apples on their package box...
I add shot of esspresso sometimes to my curry to add some bitterness to it too.
It's fun to play with food.
