ammm... may be u can try to see if ordering a rather plain cake is cheaper and then just add decoration yourself?
I think adding fresh flowers and ribbons shouldn't be too hard. But I don't know how much you can save by doing so.
So .... just wondering... everyone like chinese style fresh cream cakes here?

i have weird taste I like Fondant and western cake more than fresh cream asian style cakes.
And the look really counts! That a main centre piece for the wedding banquet.
