basically i would say koodo/virgin and then very very last bell and telus... bell has termination fee as well.. up to 400 as i remember depending on how many months left for ur contract...

another disadvantage is if something goes wrong with ur phone, you can't just grab any other cdma phone to replace yours, you'll have to either call the CS or go to their store for a loaner phone
