Ballard and Angstrom have been in Vancouver for ages.  I think Ballard's fuel cell product have been recalled for non-performance related issue (even though, I think that there are potential hazard in safely handling hygrogen in public/ for everyone).  There must be more reasons why they aren't on market until now.
