Question to those who know HK laws...

If the pictures are real, what can those people who made a copy of the vids and pics get sued for?  Can they be sued for stealing client's confidential data if nude pics can be claimed as confidential data? lol

And so if the pics are real, the only thing the police can charge is "distributing naked pics" right?
