my mother-in-law recommends Philip Pang when people ask for home inspector.  she said he is a responsible and experienced inspector.  unlike some bad ones who hide info so the realtor can sell the home, he reveals all info he finds to the client.  last time my friend wanted to buy a townhouse and asked him to inspect it.  Philip found that it is a grow-op house even before entering the home.  his company is a franchisee of Housemaster so he should provide written report but you can double confirm with him.  his phone # is (604) 944-1818.  i haven't heard other people's feedback on him inspecting condos but i can ask around and post more if i find any.
