Is the job market really hot? I'm looking for a new job too, but no luck so far....... (I've had enough with the managament too)

All I have is a stupid degree and banking experience. Since I have had enough with banking and want to change my career, it may take me awhile.............

totally agree.......

當管理層認為你唔掂, 就算D客對你女甘錫, 有好多客排住隊等你 serve 都無用. 因為老細話你唔掂就係唔掂. That's why I give up on customer service. The evaluation guideline is too subjective. Some managers rate you as excellent because they like you. Some rate you as not  qualify because they hate you. Some rate you solely base on your sale performance......

Utopia.......... your boss is so like my boss........... He did a quarter review with me on my last day of work. Everyone was so surprised, as if I would really care what he said! (well, end up I was supposed to have "personality problem", but I don't care!)
