Yes, some lawyers/solicitors charge no fee for the first visit, but might limited to only 1/2 hour. (and you can just ask for their professional opinions, no need to really hire them. I mean, you can ask one and hire another.) The more complicated the will is, the more expensive they usually charge. (cuz there is a "basic format" to make a will)

A friend of mine had a very bad experience with Peter Li. (I don't want to disclose the details here though.)
